Take care to check in and make necessary adjustments to support your best. Use headphones and listen to some binerial beats to realign yourself. Read poetry to help prepare yourself for meditation. Meditation can be a simple as quieting your mind in your way to hear the voice of the true spirit that tries to guide you. |
